This shop bent over backwards to accommodate some very specific customization requests under an extremely tight timeframe. We were mistakenly sent the wrong urn (which was still quite beautiful) and again, the shop went above beyond to make sure we were covered for our viewing and to get us the correct urn quickly. I would highly rexommend them for both a gorgeous, quality product and impeccable customer service.

The urn is beautifully made, the doves are nicely carved. It really is a quality piece. I needed it for a service fairly quickly and e-mailed the company. They got right back to me and made sure the order was processed as quickly as possible. It was shipped VERY quickly and arrived is perfect condition a few days before the service so I was able to have the remains put in it by the crematorium.
This urn was exactly as described. A beautiful tribute to my brother who loved to hunt and fish and was a true outdoor guy.

Amazing quality and service! The lettering was sharp as you would expect with laser engraving and they inlaid it with gold leaf to stand out against the dark wood. This was not advertised and was so very welcome! They also made sure it was shipped out quickly. We can see great care was used in putting this together and we have not seen this level of service in a long time. Thank you so much!!!!

My daughter was only 25. I wanted this urn because it doesn't look like an urn. I have a beautiful picture of my daughter in it. It reminds me more of a frame. Beautiful craftsmanship. Extremely well made. I have gotten many compliments on it. Exactly as described. The price was absolutely fair. Better quality than the crematorium and cost was much less. I would highly recommend this company.
The seller of the urn/box was very considerate & concerned that the engraving be as I wished & properly placed for the best presentation on the box. Delivery was accomplished a day earlier than the estimated earliest date. It was carefully wrapped to prevent any possible damage.
